Return & Refund Policy (Local Pickup Only – Liquor & Beer Store)

We offer a same-day return policy for eligible liquor and beer purchases. All returns require prior approval—do not visit the pickup location without calling us first.

Return Eligibility

  • Unopened, unused, and in original packaging (seals and labels intact).
  • Original receipt required.
  • Must be returned on the same day of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Call us for approval before returning any item. Once approved, returns must be dropped off at the pickup location, where an instant refund will be issued. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Inspect your order in-store before payment. Once payment is made and the order is received, we are not responsible for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially consumed bottles
  • Returns after the same day of purchase
  • Sale items, gift cards, and special orders

Exchanges

Approved returns must be processed first. Then, a new purchase can be made separately.

Refunds

Once an approved return is dropped off, an instant refund will be issued to the original payment method.

This policy applies only to liquor and beer picked up locally.
